Expression

       Expression is a magnificent fusion of Jam, Bass music, and Hip- hop fronted by St. Petersburg, FL based Jake Lombardi. Having launched in early 2021, Expression has already had some serious achievements and wins. Some examples are a self produced, performed, recorded and engineered album entitled "Forward Motion"; hosting a weekly local open jam in hometown St Pete, where musicians can network and progress themselves musically called "Jam Sessions With Expression"; and playing music events of all kinds around Florida supporting nationally touring acts. 

        Jakes ability to seamlessly bridge as well as find originality between genres makes booking Expression a great choice for any venue, festival or event. From a more traditional live band sound, fusing rock with timeless covers, reggae, and jam music, to a more modern, original, electronically fueled sound backed by guitar, and raw powerful lyrics, Expression has proven to be able to do it all and well.

       Expression plays different styles of music depending on the event, venue and opportunity. Growing up as a freestyle rapper, Expression is also known for bringing improvised lyrics to the table, which translated on his skills on instruments into the ability to improvise musically as well.

        This show and sound is Multi- Faceted, ever changing, evolving, improving, and captivating. Expressions second major release "Trip-hop" is currently in the works, combining psychedelic guitar and electronic bass music with hip hop, and unreleased songs and sounds used in live concerts are leaving fans in loving anticipation on its studio release.
